General Terms of Use

Bookings
  • To secure a bay time, bookings must be made in advance via - https://simplaygolf.com.au/bookings/new - otherwise walk in bookings are subject to availability.
  • Online bookings can be booked a maximum three (3) weeks in advance.
  • All bay hire bookings must be paid at the time of booking.
  • When booking online, the bay hirer must select a bay number and the number of people using the bay. The number of players must not exceed the maximum capacity of the selected bay.
  • Bay hirers will receive a booking confirmation via email once their booking is finalised.
  • Bay hirers are advised to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled booking
  • Sim Play Golf is not responsible for any loss of bay time if the above is not adhered to.
  • The bay hirer must play from the bay number assigned to their booking.
  • All golf balls remain the property of Sim Play Golf and must not be removed from the venue.
  • The bay hirer must exit their bay when their booking concludes.
  • If the bay hirer wishes to extend their time, they must do so online or at reception. If their original bay is unavailable, they will be relocated to another bay subject to availability.

Cancellations
  • If the bay hirer is unable to attend a pre-paid booking, cancellations outside of 12-hours before the scheduled booking are entitled to a credit

Responsibility for Damage to Simulator Bays and Electronic Devices
  • Any damage to TrackMan or ProTee VX units, monitors, or other electronic devices will be 100% the customer’s responsibility.
  • Patrons will bear the full cost of repairs or replacement if damage results from improper use or negligence.

Minors
· Under New South Wales law, children under the age of 12 must always be under adult supervision and must not be left unsupervised in the facility. If you are the guardian or parent of such children, you must comply with this law, and failure to do so may result in legal consequences.

Use of Equipment
  • Use of all equipment is at the patron’s own risk. Patrons must handle equipment responsibly and with care.
  • Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose; misuse may lead to injury or damage.

Single Swing Policy for Practice Bays
  • To ensure safety, only one person may swing within a practice bay at a time.
  • Other patrons must remain outside the bay while someone is swinging to prevent injuries from stray golf balls.

Personal Responsibility and Safety
  • All patrons must follow staff instructions and posted signs to ensure a safe environment.
  • Proper footwear (no open-toed shoes) and attire are required. Loose clothing and accessories should be secured.

Conduct and Behaviour
  • Disruptive, reckless, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.
  • Please respect other patrons by keeping noise to a reasonable level and avoiding offensive language.

Alcohol-Related Regulations
  • Compliance with the legal drinking age must be observed at Sim Play Golf, and no alcohol will be served to individuals under 18 years of age.
  • Photo ID must be shown with the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
  • Consuming alcohol can increase risks while using the golf facilities, participants are fully responsible for these risks.
  • Excessive drinking before using golf facilities is prohibited and may result in removal from the premises.
  • Under New South Wales law, driving under the influence of alcohol is prohibited and poses risks to your safety and that of others. Sim Play Golf is not responsible for any accidents or legal issues arising from driving after consuming alcohol. Please use public transport or arrange for a designated driver if consuming alcohol.

Liability Waiver
  • By entering the premises, patrons agree to waive liability against Sim Play Golf Pty Ltd for any injuries sustained due to improper equipment use or failure to follow these conditions.
  • Patrons acknowledge the inherent risks associated with golf practice and assume full responsibility for their personal safety.
  • Golf practice involves physical activity. Patrons should assess their physical condition before participating and inform staff of any concerns.
  • Sim Play Golf Pty Ltd is not responsible for injuries caused by health conditions or improper technique.

By entering the venue, you agree to comply with these conditions and help maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

1. Sim Play Golf Pty Ltd (the Service Provider) will permit you to participate in the recreational activities and provide you with the associated services, in part in consideration of you agreeing to this waiver;
2. The Service Provider may rely on this document in any
proceedings commenced in any court by you or by your heirs, executors,
and assigns;
3. This document is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
4. By agreeing to this waiver, you agree that the waivers and releases and the risk warning contained in this document apply to every visit you make to the Service Provider until such time as you withdraw or modify your consent in writing or the Service Provider modifies these terms with your consent. Subject to any modification referred to, you will not be required to agree to future waivers on the understanding that this waiver document shall apply to all your future participation in the recreational activities. If any participant named in this document exercises or attempts to exercise any legal or alleged legal right (“Claim”) against the Service Provider or any of its servants or agents, you indemnify the Service Provider against any loss, claim, or damage suffered by the Service Provider as a consequence of any Claim.

According to New South Wales law, the risk warnings included in this document have legal effect, and even if you fail to acknowledge or understand these warnings, they remain valid. By agreeing, you acknowledge and legally accept all risks.

Sim Play Golf Memberships Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or activating a membership with Sim Play Golf (“Sim Play Golf”, “we”, “our”), you (“Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms constitute a binding agreement governing your membership, access to facilities, and use of services.

2. Membership Categories and Inclusions

2.1 Challenger Membership
The Challenger Membership is available at a rate of $28.95 per week and includes the following benefits and conditions:
  • The Member is entitled to one (1) hour of simulator usage per week, at anytime the venue is open.
  • The Member may purchase additional hours at 10% off the full rate.
  • The Member may make bookings up to seven (7) days in advance.
  • The Member may bring 1 guest free per session. Additional guests are an additional $10/hour per guest and subject to bay limits. All guests must comply with venue rules and remain under the supervision of the Member.
  • The Member will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on food and drink purchases made at the venue.
  • The Member may cancel bookings without penalty provided at least three (3) hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled booking time.

2.2 Championship Membership
The Championship Membership is available at a rate of $54.95 per week and includes the following benefits and conditions:
  • The Member is entitled to three (3) hour of simulators usage per week, at anytime the venue is open.
  • The Member may purchase additional hours at 10% off the full rate.
  • The Member may make bookings up to seven (7) days in advance.
  • The Member may bring 1 guest free per session. Additional guests are an additional $10/hour per guest and subject to bay limits. All guests must comply with venue rules and remain under the supervision of the Member.
  • The Member will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on food and drink purchases made at the venue.
  • The Member may cancel bookings without penalty provided at least three (3) hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled booking time.

All benefits are subject to availability and may be amended by Sim Play Golf from time to time with reasonable notice.

3. Minimum Term
  • Minimum 1-month commitment
Memberships may not be cancelled during the applicable minimum term.

4. Membership Cancellation
  • Minimum 2 weeks’ written notice required
Notice must be submitted in writing via email or other approved communication method. Membership remains active and billable during the notice period.

5. Membership Pause
  • Members may request to pause their membership at any time, subject to the conditions below:
· Pause requests must be submitted in advance and will take effect from the next billing cycle unless otherwise approved by Sim Play Golf.
· The minimum pause duration is one (1) week.
· Members may pause their membership for a maximum of four (4) weeks per year.
· Billing will be suspended during approved pause periods and will automatically resume at the end of the pause.
· Sim Play Golf reserves the right to refuse or limit pause requests where usage patterns are deemed excessive or inconsistent with fair use.

6. Usage and Booking Conditions

6.1 Weekly Usage
  • a) Membership hours are allocated on a weekly basis and reset on the Monday of each week (“Billing Cycle Date”).
  • b) Unused hours do not roll over, accumulate, or carry forward into subsequent billing periods.
  • c) Membership usage is strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the registered Member.

6.2 Booking Requirements
  • All simulator sessions must be booked in advance via Sim Play Golf’s booking system and are subject to availability.
  • Late arrival does not extend the allocated session time. Sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time.
  • Sim Play Golf reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings due to operational requirements, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.

6.3 System Downtime and Technical Issues
  • a) In the event of simulator malfunction, system failure, or other technical issues that materially impact a booked session, Sim Play Golf will provide a replacement session credit equivalent to the unused portion of the booking.
  • b) No cash refunds will be issued for technical disruptions unless required by law.

6.4 Commercial Use Restriction
  • Memberships are for personal use only.
  • Sim Play Golf reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships where unauthorised commercial use is identified.

7. Member Conduct
Members agree to:
  • Use facilities and equipment responsibly
  • Follow all safety and operational instructions
  • Treat staff, guests, and other Members with respect

Members may be held liable for damage caused by misuse or negligence.
Sim Play Golf reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund in cases of misconduct, misuse of facilities, or breach of these Terms of Use.

8. Payments and Billing
  • Memberships are billed weekly
  • Members must maintain valid payment details at all times
  • Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access
  • Sim Play Golf reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice

9. Changes to Terms and Membership
Sim Play Golf reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, membership inclusions, and pricing at any time. Members will be provided with reasonable notice of any material changes.

10. Liability Waiver
Members use the facilities at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Sim Play Golf is not liable for:
  • Personal injury sustained while using the facilities
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
